Information we collect

We aim to minimize data. Calculator inputs stay in your browser

Values you type into calculators (age, height, weight, activity, goal) are processed in your browser to show a result. We do not require an account and do not store your calculator inputs on our servers as part of using the tools.

How we use information

We use information to reply to your messages, correct and improve content, understand which pages are useful, keep the Service secure and working, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

The Service may use essential cookies needed for the site to function and, where enabled, privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage. Children’s privacy

The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age required by local law (for example, 16 in parts of the EU or 13 in the US).
