Blueberry Pie Smoothie


Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup low-fat milk or nondairy alternative
  • ½ cup low-fat Greek vanilla yogurt
  • ¼ cup granola
  • 1 tsp. maple syrup
  • 1/8 tsp. lemon zest
  • 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 1 pinch salt

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend on low-medium speed for about 20 seconds.
  3. Increase to high speed and blend for an additional 20 to 30 seconds until smooth.
